OUR MISSION
The Marine Learning Project is a Maine nonprofit advancing experiential maritime education for students ages 7–18. We connect youth to Maine's maritime heritage while preparing them for high-demand marine, trade, technology, and environmental careers. Through hands-on, vessel-based programs, students build leadership, resilience, problem-solving, and workforce readiness skills—helping address Maine's labor shortage and strengthening the future of the state's working waterfront and blue economy.
